Trust me its tough...

there are times on Saturday mornings and I go out the night before and I lay back down in that bed

(several times)

after the alarm goes off....

BUT  THEN LAY THERE AND THINK

I HAVE COME SOOOO FAR

TO JUST THROW IT AWAY!!!

(actually I think about what I used to look like and 

what an unhealthy life I was living and then get my

buns right out of bed then...I AM SOOO NOT KIDDING)

and for what another half hour of sleep or

 laying in bed thinking of excuses or other things I should be doing....

SCREW THAT!!!!

It is amazing to see how many people laugh or initially think I am kidding when they hear what I do....I actually have to show them pictures of my work before they really believe me. 


Is it because I work in a professional atmosphere during the day?!?!
Because I dress up at work and wear heels during the day?!?!?!
Because I am girly and don't look like a tomboy....
until i am in the "workshop"...LOL
OR
Do they laugh and think were kidding because girl and power tools are rarely in the same sentence?!?!?!

HMMMM....will we ever know?


Trust me and if you visit my blog and have seen pictures...the heels come off and my shop clothes are on and I am a working fool :)
AND I LOVE IT!!!!!




YES....a paint brush is a tool :)
I do remember to wear gloves all the time now so I don't end up with man hands ;)



NO....a beer bottle is not a tool
(see the pride I had just finished the daybed/couch)
that was a well deserved beer I even put his tux Cooley on for the occasion....pretty sad my beer was better dressed than I was...bahaahaaahaa
