Trust me its tough...
there are times on Saturday mornings and I go out the night before and I lay back down in that bed
after the alarm goes off....
BUT THEN LAY THERE AND THINK
I HAVE COME SOOOO FAR
TO JUST THROW IT AWAY!!!
(actually I think about what I used to look like and
what an unhealthy life I was living and then get my
buns right out of bed then...I AM SOOO NOT KIDDING)
and for what another half hour of sleep or
laying in bed thinking of excuses or other things I should be doing....
68 lbs now
THAT IS AMAZING
I DID THAT ON MY OWN
(watching carbs and working out and tons and tons of determination)
I F&$*ING ROCK!!!!!
